Simply, Love.

By Sarah Sparks

These words given to be by Grace, the angel who works with me, are blessing us this month as a special gift. These words are the divine guidance on how to “simply love.” Embrace these words and enjoy this sweet moment.

Be patient. All will come together. Give yourself time to digest the new thoughts, feelings, and emotions kicking around inside. This is a time to be joyful and have fun. Don’t be too strict on yourself. You have done that your entire life; now is the time to rejoice, throw your head back in laughter, walk with your shoes off in the garden, play in the ocean, and go for a swim in the middle of the afternoon. Heck, even dance like a fun-loving, crazy person at 3 pm. Simply, just love life.

Know there will be times when you don’t want to look where you are going because you are afraid of taking the next step into your greatness. Also know it is okay. Let go of the fear for you are safe and all is well. There are going to be many stepping stones in life. Remember to take each step one at a time.

Ask yourself, “What am I willing to do to live my spark, to be grateful every moment of every day?” For one thing, you must live in the moment. Therefore, you must no longer hold onto past regrets, fear, blame, and shame. And how do you let go? You got it; through forgiveness. Forgive others for the hurt they have caused you but, most of all, forgive yourself.

This is your Valentine’s Day gift to yourself: forgiveness. It will free you to live your spark.

To live your spark and to be grateful every moment of every day is to know who you are, with full confidence and trust in yourself. Living your spark is also not being afraid to follow the guidance of your soul. To simply love and live your spark is precious, delicate, and precise. It takes dedication, practice, and continual love for you. You must always love yourself. Look into the mirror, even when you don’t want to, and see the person inside. Your soul is speaking to you through your eyes. The mirror will bring you right back to whom you truly are, which is Love.

You can become a hateful if you don’t listen to what your soul is guiding you to do. Your soul came here, to this earth, for a specific purpose. As the mind, body, and soul are collectively aligned, so shall your soul be heard by your body and mind to process the guidance it is speaking.

Allow Your Guidance

I share this information with you because it was when I was hateful that I was not listening to my gut, my soul, speaking very loudly and clearly to me. I ignored the guidance. My mind thought it knew better and, unfortunately, it did not.

If there is a place on your body that is hurting, ask questions. See what your soul is trying to tell you. Is someone working with you? Is God working with you? Is your higher consciousness working with you? Are your spirit guides working with you? Whatever you call your higher self, ask IT questions. The first words you hear are correct. Trust it. Listen and receive the information, then act on it.

Each morning as you awake, say thank you to your soul, your Divine Guidance, for everything that popped into your mind. Say thank you for the universe, for your truth, for your friends, family, your health, and well-being….for your spirit, for your breath, for your five senses, for your children, for your partner, for your work, for everything with in and around you…for whatever your heart desires right then and there. Then ask yourself, “What inspired action am I willing to take today to move forward into Love?”

Step outside of yourself, outside of your thoughts. Open up to allow, ask, receive, trust, and act upon your Divine, your soul’s guidance. The guidance is aligned with your purpose. Your soul came here to know who you are—to experience the life it intended to have. Why would you not listen? Why would you make things so much more difficult for yourself? Live your spark. Live in gratitude. Forgive yourself. Speak and see with Love. Remember we are all One. Allow life to be easy, effortless, and enjoyable—the way life was meant to be lived. Simply, Love.
