Greetings and Happy Holidays, Awesome Allowers!
When contemplating this month’s focus of “service” and considering any number of ideas, I found myself coming back to a very basic and core concept: To add light to the world, you must first BE Light.
As a musical creature, I have received much guidance and many answers in the form of melodies and lyrics. Though you may not “hear” this piece in the same way I do, I found it especially fitting to share these words with you during this season and celebration of light! May these words serve as catalysts for YOUR illumination celebration!
Where there is darkness, let me bring the light
Where there’s a catalyst for hope, let the spark ignite
No, it’s not about religion
It’s about making a decision
To be a candle, be a flame
A torch for good to light the way
So if instead of fighting about who’s wrong or right
What if you let yourself be a light?
Let there be light
Let there be light
Where there are problems, let me bring a solution
Where there are struggles, let me bring resolution
What if instead of complaining
You set your mind to changing
The only thing you can control
That’s what you do along YOUR road
So instead of adding more shadows to the night
What if you let yourself be a light?
Let there be light
Let there be light
And if you start looking within
Instead of living without
Life has a way to work it all out
Imagine what this world could be
If everyone found
The light inside and spread it all around – imagine…

History has proven time and time again that even only one heart, one thought, and one voice shared from a place of clarity and love can truly speak volumes and ignite more lives than would seem mathematically possible. So if it is your intention to see more good being done in the world, DO more good. If you would have more love in the world, FEEL and SHARE more love. If you would like to see humanity evolve into all that it could be, embrace and allow YOUR evolution to BE a living, breathing, walking, talking example of light in action. Imagine what this world could be if everyone found the light inside—and spread it all around?! Now THAT’S what I call five-star service!
