Natalie Amsden, Publisher of Transformation Magazine, is a Career Counselor, Relationship and Family Coach, Motivational Speaker, Laughter Yoga Instructor, Teambuilding Facilitator, and former Director of a non-profit teen center. A lover of learning, Natalie has her degree in Education, Sociology, and Commerce and has studied everything from developmental psychology, personality theory, and spirituality, to history, social policy, and quantum physics.

Natalie believes in the power of personal transformation and that we each have the ability to experience everything we dream of, if only we learn how to live in alignment with our own powerful potential.

After living a stagnant life for a decade, she experienced an accelerated period of personal growth in which she has undergone more life-altering changes than many people do in a lifetime. After changing the habitual and unconscious thinking patterns that were holding her back – and fully opening to the Power within – she embraced change and completely transformed.

Raised in a multiracial, politically and religiously diverse family, she grew up in a very open-minded, non-judgmental environment and grew to have a deep understanding and positive regard for all people. Bringing people together, eliminating cultural and religious boundaries, and inspiring individuals to find their power and live their purpose is what Natalie and Transformation Magazine are all about.
